We had the opportunity to work with Jennifer on one of our short sales and she saved the day. The buyer's original lender could not get the loan approved and Jennifer stepped in and was able to get the buyer a mortgage within 3 weeks, enabling the short sale to be completed. Jennifer was extremely proactive and we would recommend highly to any potential buyer needing a mortgage.
